Cao Li has undertaken hundreds of difficult and complex criminal cases, and provided a company with the whole process of criminal compliance system construction and landing. Before becoming a full-time lawyer, Cao Li worked in a local judicial organ for 14 years. She was selected as the first batch of serious crime procuratorial talents, awarded the Top Ten Public Prosecutors of Jiangsu Province, the First Outstanding Young Public Prosecutor of Jiangsu Province, and other honorary titles. Cao Li is currently an expert of Beijing Equity Exchange, a senior researcher of Southern Institute of Finance and Law Society, and a member of the Legislative Advisory and Government Regulation Legal Committee, Beijing Culture and Entertainment Law Society.
