Mr. Qiu focuses on the areas of contract and investment between commercial parties. He has long been engaged in the areas of finance, distressed asset disposal, and related legal businesses. He has represented many financial institutions, including CMBC Corp., Everbright Bank, China Development Bank, China Great Wall Asset Management Corporation, and others, in litigation and arbitration projects in such industries as investment and financing guarantee, and financial services. 

In addition to litigation practice, Mr. Qiu has provided corporate data compliance services to many domestic and foreign companies including China Development Bank, China Mobile, LEONI, New Oriental, and many others.
