Partner Zhang has the qualifications of the senior economist, patent attorney, real estate appraiser, and land appraiser. From 2013 to 2021, he worked in the Beijing Municipal Intellectual Property Office for eight years. He successively served as the director of the Policy and Regulation Division, the Coordination Division, and the Protection Division. He presided over the formulation of the Beijing 13th Five-Year Plan for Intellectual Property and the Beijing Patent Protection and Promotion Regulations. The patent administrative adjudication enforcement cases he represented have been selected as typical cases of national intellectual property protection many times.
