On 18 May 2021, China Business Law Journal, a reputable law magazine, announced the results of the 2021 China Business Law Awards. Anli Partners was awarded the 2021 Pro-Bono Achievers by combining its unrivalled professionalism, excellent legal service, excellent reputation and feedback from the community. Asset Management

Anli has a stable and long-term cooperation with important domestic asset management companies, such as Taikang Asset Management, PICC Asset Management, Ping An Annuity Insurance and Ping An Real Estate. The asset management practice of Anli is led by partner Zhang Huanwei. Aviation

The aviation team of Anli represented Airport Construction Engineering in the construction of overseas projects. The ongoing projects include: the Pakistan New Gwadar International Airport project and Glo-Djigbe New International Airport project in Benin. The former one is a landmark project in the China-Pakistan economic corridor, the latter project has an investment of US$796 million. Besides, the firm has won cases on behalf of various clients in claims for custom duty and VAT advancement, claims for management contract arrears, and labour disputes between airlines and pilots.

Internet and e-commerce

With the development of information technology, global retail industry has carried out a revolution in the form of sales. E-commerce environment based on "Internet +" promotes the combination of Internet technology and retail industry, forming online retail industry. E-commerce is developing rapidly in China. In the new era of e-commerce, compared with traditional commercial activities, the legal status of the subject of commercial laws, transaction security authentication and rights relief mechanism in e-commerce have all shown significant differences.
