The Ministry of Natural Resources of the People's Republic of China ("MNR") released an announcement on 24 May 2021 to decide to appoint Anli Partners as its legal counsel of the year 2021. Relying on its long-term experience and professional strength in the areas of Minerals & Energy, Real Estate and Construction, Infrastructure and Legal Services to Government, Anli established a project team led by Mr. Qingyou Wang, Chairman of Anli, with Mr. Zheng Li and Mr. Haiqing Wang as partners. After a fierce competition, Anli was approved by all the evaluation experts and was successfully selected as the legal counsel.
According to the tender notice of the Ministry of Natural Resources, the scope of Anli's services include: providing legal consulting services such as legality argumentation for the formulation of important legislations and normative documents; providing expert opinions on major legal affairs; representing in administrative litigation and administrative compensation cases; attending relevant meetings as required and providing consulting, investigation, argumentation and other services; providing laws, policies and information, and giving relevant advice to the Ministry of Natural Resources; and providing legal trainings to the Ministry of Natural Resources.
