On June 20, 2022, the donation ceremony for the School of Law and the School of Juris Master Education of Northwest University of Political Science and Law was held at Northwest University of Political Science and Law. Fan Jiuli, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and president of Northwest University of Political Science and Law; Liu Linjie, director of the Domestic Cooperation and Alumni Work Office; director Qu Jingang and other leaders, guests, and representatives of teachers and students attended the event, and the donation ceremony was presided over by dean Chen Xi.

At the ceremony, director Liu Linjie delivered a speech on behalf of the school. He expressed his heartfelt thanks to the alumni and caring people from all walks of life who care about the school and provide strong support for the development of school. At the same time, director Liu said that Northwest University of Political Science and Law is currently actively planning the "14th Five-Year Plan" development plan. In the next five years, the development of the school will coexist with opportunities and challenges, pressure, and motivation. The teachers and students of the school will work together and work hard. It is also expected that the alumni will use their own advantages and resources to work together with their alma mater, and through joint efforts, the school will soon be built into a high-level teaching and research-oriented university with distinctive legal characteristics and coordinated development of multiple disciplines.

Qu Jingang, secretary and director of the Party Branch of Anli Xi'an Office, spoke as a representative of donated alumni. He expressed his gratitude to his alma mater for its training over the years, and shared his investment and experience in school-institute cooperation and public welfare undertakings, calling for more alumni to pay attention to the development of the alma mater and contribute to the construction of the alma mater and the cultivation of legal talents.

Witnessed by school leaders, guests, and representatives of teachers and students, director Qu Jingang signed a donation agreement with the Education Development Foundation of Northwest University of Political Science and Law on behalf of the Anli Xi'an Office and donated 1 million yuan of education development funds to Northwest University of Political Science and Law.

At the end of the ceremony, president Fan Jiuli said that Northwest University of Political Science and Law will pay more attention to the career development of each alumnus in the future, strengthen the communication awareness of serving the society and personnel training, and build a legal talent training community. He emphasized that the development of the school is student-centered, and students are the service objects of the school. The school education development foundation will use all donations on the "knife edge" to rationally allocate resources and to communicate with the constantly upgrading discipline construction and scientific research to produce a better answer sheet for the cultivation of legal talents.
