Drafting and reviewing contracts on export and lease contracts, providing legal opinions, and representing clients in litigations and arbitrations, etc.  Acting as an agent in several disputes arising from the carriage of goods by sea, delivery of goods without original bills of lading, and voyage charter party. The freight forwarding dispute case and satisfactory compensation were obtained. 

Some of our performance in insurance:

・ Providing professional legal services in a ship insurance dispute, won the case in the first instance, and obtained satisfactory compensation involving a total amount of about RMB80 million; and

・ In the marine insurance contract dispute case between a property insurance company limited and B marine limited company,

Representing a property insurance company in a lawsuit and winning the lawsuit.
