Ms. Ye continuously conducts research in the area of marriage, inheritance, wealth management and inheritance, and corporate legal services. By combining his expertise with the aforementioned legal services, Ms. Ye proposed a new concept of "Corporate Family Affairs". 

Ms. Ye has handled numerous marriage and family affairs and inheritance cases and accumulated good public praise. He is good at providing family businesses and high-net-worth clients with legal services with respect to wealth protection and inheritance by comprehensive use of corporate shareholding structure design, insurance, trust, agreement, wills, foundation and litigation. 

Provided legal services as legal counsel for many well-known companies including Hangzhou Commercial Tourism Group Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Xinhua Bookstore Group Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Anticancer Association, Hangzhou Communications Investment Group Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Communications Asset Management Company, Zhejiang Fuchunjiang Hydropower Equipment Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Hang Qian Expressway Development Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Yuandu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and Hangzhou Qiandao Lake Beer Co., Ltd. 

Ms. Ye has repeatedly provided legal services to large enterprises for numerous projects of issuance of short-term financing bill, super short-term financing bill and medium-term notes, equity transfer of enterprises and restructuring of state-owned enterprises. 

Participated as bankruptcy administrator in the bankruptcy and reorganization of Jiande Xin'an Jiang Nickel Alloy Co., Ltd., the bankruptcy and liquidation of consolidated three companies including Hangzhou Xiaoshan Cailun Paper Co., Ltd., and the bankruptcy and liquidation of consolidated two companies including Hangzhou Zhaofeng Battery Co., Ltd., and acted as the bankruptcy administrator for more than 100 various litigation cases in respect of debt collection, hired services, sales, leasing and labor involved in the above-mentioned bankruptcy programs. 

Ms. Ye led a team of lawyers to represent the client in more than 120 cases concerning financial leasing contract disputes for Xinyuan Financial Leasing (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Best Group. 

Ms. Ye has handled more than 30 cases involving disputes over the right of recourse of auto loan project, realization of real rights by guarantee, pledge contract, compensation for property damage, restitution of possessions and private lending, etc.

In 2022, Exploration into the Division of Personal Insurance Rights and Interests in the Background of the Civil Code won the First Prize and the Second Prize of the Family Affairs Sub-forum of the 8th Hangzhou Lawyers' Forum

Her paper "Building the Estate Administrator System in Family Wealth Inheritance with Reference to the Bankruptcy Administrator System — Perspective from the Perspective of Improving the Estate Administrator System in the Fifth Civil Code • Inheritance Part (Draft)" won the Third Prize of the Family Affairs Section of the Fifth Hangzhou Lawyers Forum

Her paper "An Analysis of Legal Issues Concerning Rewarding Online Anchors with Jointly Owned Properties of a Couple" won the third prize for Paper of the 8th Zhejiang Lawyers Forum, the Award of Excellence of the 4th Hangzhou Lawyers Forum, and the second prize for Sub-Forum of the 4th Hangzhou Lawyers Forum Corporate Committee and Internet Information Committee. 

In 2014, her paper The Law and Practice Analysis on the Priority of Repaying the Creditor's Rights of Employees of Bankrupt Enterprises with Government Advance won the Outstanding Award of Hangzhou Lawyer Practice and Theory Seminar. 

Her paper "My Opinion on Some Practical Issues Concerning the Right of Setoff in Bankruptcy — — Starting from the Case of Hangzhou Xiaoshan Bridge Carton Co., Ltd. v. Zhejiang Tianlu Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd." won the Second Prize of the Hangzhou Lawyers' Practice and Theory Seminar in 2014
