Ms. Zhang speaks English and Chinese as working languages and is adept at civil and commercial litigation and arbitration and foreign-related legal services. Ms. Zhang has represented a Chinese public company in handling the termination of the joint venture contract with E Company as well as the removal of the shareholders, provided legal services for the joint venture and cooperation as well as technology license cooperation projects between the said company and P Company as well as providing full-process legal services for the cooperation between a Chinese listed company and its subsidiaries and W Company as well as wireless charging projects. In the meantime, Ms. Zhang remains focused on providing regular legal consulting services to corporate clients, providing whole-process legal advice from risk control before the start of business to dispute resolution once occurrence. Ms. Zhang obtained an LLM degree from Northwestern University, and passed the New York State Law Examination of the United States in 2022. After returning to China, Ms. Zhang will continue to focus on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, long-term legal counsel for companies, and foreign-related legal services.
