· From 1995 to 1999, he studied law at the Law Faculty of the Central University of Japan and obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree. 

· He graduated from the School of Law, Soochow University in 1990. 

Mr. Chen is a qualified PRC lawyer and a Japanese foreign lawyer. He has worked for reputable international and Chinese law firms for many years, advising dozens of Japanese companies on their establishment of foreign-invested companies in China, foreign capital's M&A transactions, and their merger/division, as well as their liquidation and merger, etc. In various compliance business areas, including export control compliance, network security, and data compliance, anti-monopoly compliance, intellectual property compliance, labor compliance, advertising compliance, etc., we will provide all-around legal services, such as system design and document preparation. With respect to cybersecurity and data compliance, Mr. Chen has accumulated experience in system construction, training, and actual responses to personal information disclosure in the cross-border practice of personal information protection. He has conducted in-depth interpretation of export control laws for data export compliance and has been widely praised for his research results.
