Ms. Lu has accumulated extensive experience in the field of dispute resolution and has participated in many foreign and domestic litigation and arbitration cases, including but not limited to equity interest disputes, corporate control disputes, product quality disputes, construction project contracts disputes, unfair competition disputes, and reputation disputes. Ms. Lu has provided domestic and overseas clients with full legal services covering litigation strategy formulation, negotiation and mediation, initiation and defense of litigation and arbitration, and appearance in court. Since 2008, Ms. Lu has also accumulated plenty of experience in the area of labor and personnel affairs. Ms. Lu has prepared labor management documents for clients such as labor contracts, rules, and regulations of clients, provided consultancy and advice on daily labor management, and provided clients with full-process HR management legal services regarding plans and strategies with respect to the prevention and resolution of labor disputes. Together with the team, Ms. Lu has successfully handled several lay-offs on behalf of the clients. Ms. Lu is particularly adept at labor dispute resolution and is one of the authors of HR Counsel (2nd and 3rd Edition), a trade book designed by the team. Ms. Lu also has extensive experience in compliance management, especially in compliance crisis response. She has provided clients with such services as compliance management suggestions, compliance system drafting, and review, etc. Together with her team, she focuses on compliance crisis response.
